Jenny offers packages where she visits your conference or workplace and conducts a yoga class, this is often done in lunch hours or as a great start to the day. All that is required is a quiet space where your conference delegates will have a little room to move.

Jenny has several packages that are designed to motivate and stimulate attendees leaving them with a feeling of well being, a clear head and open to new ideas. The custom made packages can easily cater for up to 20 people for the one reasonable fee.

Requirements
The only equipment needed is a beach towel or similar and loose comfortable clothing.
